About NCS Resources
A specialized newborn division, built to healthcare standards
NCS Resources exists because the gap between hospital discharge and confident parenting is real — and because families deserve better than a generic caregiver marketplace when they are at their most vulnerable.

Our purpose
Professional newborn support from hospital-to-home and beyond
We serve expecting and new parents, high-net-worth and executive households, international families, and the clinicians who care for them. Our concierge team learns the household first, then curates a short slate of specialists whose training and temperament actually fit.
For professionals, NCS Resources is a career platform: education, credential management, a professional community, and access to premium placements with clear expectations and documented scope.
What we stand for

Cautious by design
We keep our claims narrow and our disclosures visible.
Not emergency medical services
NCS Resources does not provide emergency or urgent medical care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Scope of service varies by jurisdiction
Newborn Care Specialist duties, agency licensing, employment classification, and background-check requirements vary by state and locality. Services are coordinated to comply with applicable law in your area.
NCS designation is not a medical license
A Newborn Care Specialist designation does not itself create a nursing or medical license. Clinical services must be provided by appropriately licensed professionals where required.
Certificates do not replace required licenses
Course completion certificates and continuing education credits reflect training with NCS Resources and do not substitute for any state-required professional license, registration, or certification.
