To coordinate care requests, verify specialist credentials, operate memberships and education, provide support, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

Information is shared with specialists and partners only as needed to coordinate a request you have initiated, with service providers who support our operations, and where required by law. Care Resources divisions share administrative and referral infrastructure; protected information is not shared automatically between divisions.
