How coordination works
Shared infrastructure, deliberate boundaries
Coordinated access means a single relationship manager can help you reach the right division. It does not mean information moves automatically between divisions.
Shared: referral intake routing, administrative support, partner relationships, and quality standards.
Not shared automatically: protected information, care records, clinical documentation, or family details beyond what you explicitly direct us to share.
Divisions operate under their own scope and applicable licensing requirements. Nothing here implies clinical licensure beyond what is legally applicable to each division.
