How it works

A transparent process, from first conversation to steady rhythm

We tell you what happens next at every stage, and we put the important parts in writing.

  1. Consultation

A 30-minute call with a concierge placement lead. We cover due date or date of birth, household composition, coverage goals, and any NICU or multiples considerations.

Typically same or next business day.

  2. Care needs assessment

We document service type, schedule model, location, languages, household considerations, and preferences into a structured care request.

Completed in your portal or with your lead.

  3. Written care plan

You receive a care plan describing coverage model, expected duties, scope boundaries, and an example budget range for your region.

    Before any deposit is requested.

  4. Curated matching

We present a short slate of vetted specialists — typically two to four — with verified credentials, references status, and availability.

Median 48 hours to first slate.

  5. Interviews & selection

Meet your matches by video or in person. Your lead coordinates scheduling and gathers feedback after each conversation.

You are never obligated to select from the first slate.

  6. Placement & agreements

Confirm your specialist, finalize schedule and agreements, and open your family portal for care logs, messages, and documents.

    Employment classification varies by jurisdiction.

  7. Ongoing support

Quality check-ins, care log review, backup coverage coordination, and access to parent education and member resources.

Continues through the engagement and beyond.
