Scope of services
NCS Resources coordinates non-clinical newborn care support, education, and related services. We are not an emergency service and do not provide medical, nursing, or diagnostic care. Clinical services must be delivered by appropriately licensed professionals where required.
Specialist relationships
Employment classification, agency licensing, staffing, home-care, tax, insurance, background-check, and labor requirements vary by state and locality. The structure of a given placement is defined in the written agreement for that engagement.
Fees and memberships
Rates, placement fees, retainers, membership pricing, and tuition shown on this site are examples and configurable. Actual fees are set out in your proposal or membership agreement.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation windows, rescheduling, and backup coverage terms are defined per engagement and communicated in writing before placement begins.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, sleep results, feeding results, availability of a particular specialist, or the results of any screening. Screening reflects information available at the time of the check.
